What are the delivery costs and options?
The world postal services offer the best deal for the relatively small size of orders we ship. Certified airmail requires less documentation therefore is less likely to attract extra customs charges. If you are in a hurry, we offer UPS International Courier service to over 170 countries.
The prices are different for every country, the prices are the standard Postal Service / UPS prices to ship from Holland, we do not charge extra money! For a list of prices you can visit Shipping prices overview
When will my order be delivered?
Our standard turn around time is under 96 hours. Once your order has been shipped we will E-mail you with any available tracking information for you to monitor it's progress. If your item is out of stock you will be E-mailed with the approximate delay time to determine whether you still want to place the order.
Certified airmail takes from 12 days to 4 weeks, but 12 to 18 days is usual. TNT courier service takes from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Overall, your order should arrive in 12 to 30 days by certified airmail and 6 to 12 days by TNT courier service.
Will my order be in plain packaging?
- All products will be shipped discretely in plain brown packaging with a simple Packing Slip.
- Any return address information will be discretely referenced to VisualwebShop.
- There is absolutely no mention of Edildo, our website, or the nature of the products within the package.

How can I pay for my order?
At Edildo you can pay with your CreditCard (Mastercard and Visa) or with iDeal (dutch banks). Your credit card will be billed as eroglass.

How do I cancel an order?
If you order has not been despatched, we will cancel your order and refund your card immediately.
If your order has already been despatched but has not been delivered, please refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives and it will be returned to us at no cost to you.

How do I return a product?
Due to the fact that these are sexually oriented items and of a fragile nature we cannot offer a long-term guarantee/return/exchange on any item(s) purchased fear that they have been used sexually, improperly or damaged as a result of mishandling by the customer.
If your order was damaged in shipping YOU MUST contact our Customer Service within 48 hours to arrange a replacement. Upon arrival, view your order and look for any chips or cracks that may be the result of mishandling. If so, pack the item in the original shipping materials and contact us, we will arrange a call tag for the damaged item to be picked up. International orders will have to arrange return shipment of the broken item and we will arrange credit. Once we receive and verify that item is in fact damaged we will gladly replace the broken item.
Beyond 48 hours all sales are final.

Is it safe to use glass sex toys?
Absolutely! Glass sex toys are perfectly safe; in fact glass is the safest raw material around for manufacturing adult toys, particularly with regard to avoiding the transfer of bacteria and disease. Phallix dildos undergo rigorous testing and there can be no doubt as to their resilience and durability. Phallix products are kiln tempered for a full 24 hours at extreme temperatures. What makes glass dildos so expensive?
These toys are meticulously produced by means of lengthy production processes. The initial process of moulding our pyrex dildos can take over 30 minutes, as they are all hand-formed by highly skilled artists. They then undergo the annealing process, which strengthens the glass sex toy. This process of heating the glass and then allowing it to cool slowly takes at least 24 hours. The cheaper glass sex toys on offer are likely to be made of inferior quality glass and blown by poorly trained blowers, or possibly even cast by children in China! The old adage “you get what you pay for” applies to pyrex dildos the same as anything else. Phallix dildos are simply the best! How can I test the glass for defects?
All Phallix sex toys are Polariscope tested twice for defects. Once in their raw stock form and again after the dildos are finished. A Polariscope is a laboratory instrument used for identifying and evaluating residual strain in annealed glass containers and other similar products. It serves as an effective tool for ascertaining structural, annealing and resultant temper stresses, as well as checking for irregularities in the composition of the glass. Whichever make of pyrex sex toy you choose, we would strongly advise you against buying a glass dildo that has not been Polariscope tested. You're safe with Phallix.
What is the best way to clean my pyrex dildo?
The best way of cleaning your glass sex toy is to wash it with a soft cloth or sponge, using lukewarm water and a mild non-toxic detergent. It's worth mentioning that all our adult toys can go in the dishwasher for a more thorough cleansing. Make sure that the detergent you use is not too aggressive. Should you notice any kind of reaction after cleaning it, stop using the detergent and simply rinse the glass toy thoroughly using warm water.
Will the colours be the same as those in the pictures?
The pyrex dildos shown on our site are all Manufactured by Hand, so each one is completely unique. We are very careful to hand pick all of our sex toys from the Phallix warehouse so that we can make sure that each dildo will be as close a match as possible to the ones featured on our site. What is Dichroic Metal?
Dichroic metal consists of heat-resistant metallic particles. In fact these particles tolerate heat to such high temperatures that NASA uses a type of dichroic metal to coat the heat resistant tiles on the underside of the Space Shuttle, which are designed to protect it upon re-entry into the earth's atmosphere. You've probably seen it used in an artistic form in blown glass smoking accessories. It can be used in the same way as "gold leaf". Phallix buys sheets of dichroic metal, which are then cut into strips or smaller pieces and incorporated into the dichroic etchings. ***NOTE: The majority of our Pyrex sex toys are microwaveable, but you should NEVER microwave a Pyrex sex toy featuring dichroic art work.***
Is it safe to freeze pyrex sex toys? |
There is no problem with chilling or "freezing" pyrex sex toys. However, we at Edildo would advise you to be very careful when experimenting with heating and cooling. The best way to chill your pyrex dildo is to put it in the refrigerator or immerse it in cool or cold water. Placing a frozen object directly on your skin for any length of time can be extremely dangerous. Frozen items have been known to cause skin irritation. And don't try anything too extreme without warning your partner first!
Can you warm up pyrex dildos?
Pyrex dildos can be warmed up in any number of ways, but please do be very careful! They should be warmed up gradually, starting in lukewarm water. We have heard some of our customers recommending boiling or microwaving dildos, but we would strongly advise against these methods. If you do decide to give it a try, please be aware of the risk of injury. Items containing dichroic metal should never be heated in a microwave, as this will probably damage your microwave.
What is the best way to protect my glass dildo?
We can supply pouches that offer the very best protection for your glass dildo. Although Phallix dildos are tempered and therefore extremely resilient, all glass sex toys are susceptible to damage. As with any item made of glass, if dropped onto a hard surface it may chip or crack. Phallix pouches can be ordered in a wide range of colours and their high quality will provide ultimate protection.
